We hope this finds you and your loved ones well during these difficult times. This COVID-19 pandemic continues to ravage our community. The number of cases wax and wane. As we are beginning the Fall season, there is concern about the coincidence of influenza and COVID-19 infections. It is important to my staff and me to be there for our patients while keeping everyone’s safety in mind. Therefore, through the use of Telemedicine office visits, we are still able to provide a high level of service to our patients in order to meet their healthcare needs As always, urgent calls after these hours will be directed to on-call physicians by calling our office phone number, 805-983-0425. In an emergency please call 911. We wish you and your family well and we will continue to keep you informed as changes evolve.
A member of our front office staff will call the patient at their scheduled appointment time and connect them with the appointed medical provider for their Telemedicine office visit.
For diabetes education and nutrition appointments, the patient will be contacted by office staff or Jody Daily, RD, CDE. Telephone and video visits will both be available as requested.
