Naomi Reyes
Front office receptionist for our Oxnard location. Naomi will greet you with a friendly smile when you check into our office. She will assist in scheduling office visits, answer your calls and direct you to the appropriate person when needed. Naomi is bilingual and ready to assist in both English and Spanish.
Vanessa Higgins
Office receptionist, works remotely for our office. Vanessa is that friendly voice that calls to confirm and reminds you of your office visits/appointments. Vanessa prides herself on her commitment to provide patient satisfaction one phone call at a time. You will see her in our Oxnard office for the next few months.
Patrick Cansino
Medical Assistant/Front desk check out. Patrick graduated from Career Care Institute. His goal is to keep patients satisfied with his services. He works the check out desk and as a medical assistant you will see Patrick working in the back office when coverage is needed. He works hard at getting medications authorizations approved, he makes sure to get your medical orders ready to fax and hand to you when exiting the office. He can assist with medication refills and is always happy to help. Patrick is bilingual and can assist in both English and Tagalog.
Monica Carrillo
Authorization Coordinator. Monica is a Medical Assistant and has been in the medical field for 4 years. Monica works efficiently at getting your medical authorizations approved. She takes great pride in knowing that she has the knowledge and tools to provide and work with your health insurance to get your medical services approved. Authorizations for medical providers/specialists and durable medical equipment is her specialty. Monica is bilingual, assisting patients in both English and Spanish.
