Patients are seen by appointment only. Our office hours are: Monday-Friday 8AM to 5PM
Our office is closed for lunch from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m., with the exception of appointments with our dietitians.
We appreciate 24 hours advanced notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. There will be a charge of $30 for any uncanceled or missed appointment.
Prescription Refill
Please call our office with your prescription request under (805) 983-0425. We will electronically submit your medical prescription and prescription refills to your pharmacy. Please note that non urgent electronic prescription refills can take 24 - 48 hours for processing on work days. Non urgent prescriptions will not be addressed on weekends or holidays.
Please bring in all of your medications to every office visit. Due to changes in California State Law, our medical professionals can now only provide electronic prescription refills. Also, scheduled drugs are now highly scrutinized and will require monitoring via CURES and may include drug testing, referrals to pain management specialists and/or weaning from drugs to avoid misuse and related complications.
Fees & Billing
Charges for office visits are determined by the severity and the complexity of the medical condition. Please do not hesitate to discuss fees with us if you have any questions. You will receive a statement from our billing department for any services rendered. Please send all payments directly to our office. For your convenience credit card payment is accepted.

Hospital Affiliations
Our physicians have hospital privileges at St. Johns Regional Medical Center in Oxnard and St. Johns Pleasant Valley Hospital in Camarillo. We can request records and important information through close communication with any nearby hospital.

Insurance
Contracted insurances include: Medicare, Anthem, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna and Aetna.
We are primary care and specialty care to the SeaView HMO/IPA Medical Group. We are currently accepting new patients and appointments.
All co-payments are due at the time of the visit.

24/7 Coverage
We are available for our patients 24/7 by phone for urgent medical questions. For emergencies call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Calls will be returned as soon as possible and within 24 hours.
